Brodox's services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Brodox is not liable for any damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Brodox, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of your use of Brodox's services or your violation of these terms and conditions.

Termination

Brodox may terminate your account at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to Brodox's services.

Control of Store

Brodox reserves the right to take complete control of your store if necessary to maintain the security, stability, or functionality of the Brodox platform. This may include but is not limited to making changes to your store's settings, products, and orders. Brodox will make every effort to minimize disruptions to your store during this process and will notify you as soon as possible if such action is necessary.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Brodox may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of Brodox's services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
